By accessing or using the services provided by Vanaraya ("the Company"), including this website and our IT consulting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Vanaraya provides professional IT services including Web Development, Mobile Application Engineering, Artificial Intelligence Solutions, and Workflow Automation. Specific service details, timelines, and deliverables are governed by individual Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

3. Intellectual Property

All content, software, graphics, and code provided by Vanaraya are protected by intellectual property laws. Unless otherwise specified in a project contract, Vanaraya retains ownership of its proprietary methodologies and pre-existing frameworks used during service delivery.

4. User Obligations

Clients and users must provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of any access credentials provided. Any attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or utilize our systems for unauthorized purposes is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

Vanaraya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of profits or data.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Vanaraya operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the appropriate courts of said jurisdiction.
